GoldenBee Consulting contributes to the Handbook on Sustainability Reporting of Listed Companies

On September 4, the China Association for Public Companies (CAPCO) officially released the Handbook on Sustainability Reporting of Listed Companies. GoldenBee Consulting, as a member of the compilation team, contributed to the handbook under the leadership of the Company's Founder and Chief Expert, Mr. Yin Gefei. It is reported that the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing Stock Exchanges officially released the Guidelines on Sustainability Report for Listed Companies (A-share Guidelines) on April 12, 2024, aiming to promote the sustainability practice and reporting listed companies. To help listed companies better understand and apply the Guidelines, under the guidance of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the CAPCO organized its Sustainability/ESG Committee and relevant professional forces to prepare the Handbook on Sustainability Reporting of Listed Companies, providing a practical manual for listed companies to apply the Guidelines.

Currently, listed companies have started the new annual reporting cycle in order to timely release their 2024 ESG/sustainability reports in 2025.
