GoldenBee joins hands with Sue Lloyd to discuss biodiversity

Recently, the Beijing International Sustainability Conference, organized by the Beijing office of the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation (IFRS Foundation), was held in Beijing. As one of China's leading consulting companies in sustainable development, Goldenbee Consulting was invited to participate in the conference and led the organization of a roundtable luncheon discussion on "Biodiversity."

Yin Gefei, Founder and Chief Expert of Goldenbee Consulting, along with the Vice President, Dai Yibo, and ISSB Vice Chair Sue Lloyd jointly invited several corporate representatives to participate in the roundtable luncheon. The attendees included Chen Yimin, Vice President of Geely Holding Group; Xie Xionghui, Executive Director of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd.; Wu Ying'en, Board Secretary of Shangao New Energy Group; Chen Huixuan, Board Secretary of Wenjian Medical Instrument Co., Ltd; Feng Ping, Vice President and Board Secretary of Qizheng Tibetan Medicine; Zhang Chenguang, Deputy Director of Sustainable Development at Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd., and Yuan Wei, China Project Manager for IFC's Environmental and Social Risk Management Project.

The roundtable luncheon discussed the relationship between corporate operations and biodiversity. Chinese business representatives shared their practices on biodiversity disclosure and discussed biodiversity's impact on brands and consumer preferences with ISSB Vice Chair Sue Lloyd. Sue Lloyd praised Chinese companies for recognizing biodiversity's importance in market competitiveness and starting relevant practices.
