Check it out! GoldenKey - SDG Forerunner Enterprises released!

The "GoldenKey - SDG Solutions" launched by the China Sustainability Tribune has been held for three consecutive times since 2020. In the past three years, 494 actions from 414 enterprises from different industries and fields have been collected, and 323 of them have been selected for the GoldenKey Campaign after the review, becoming an action model for contributing to the SDGs.

These enterprises highly recognize and have great enthusiasm and belief in sustainable development, and have a keen insight into various challenges and problems on the path to promoting sustainable development, creatively find solutions, and actively take practical actions.

In order to set a benchmark for action and gather more joint efforts, the China Sustainability Tribune released the first batch of GoldenKey - SDG Forerunner Enterprises list and issued certificates at the 2023 Leadership Forum on Sustainable Development held on May 19. More than 50 companies were selected.
 

Why the release of GoldenKey - SDG Forerunner Enterprises?

Achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development requires more business forces to deliver solutions. The release of the list aims to encourage enterprises that are committed to contributing to SDGs, continuously involve more enterprises, and accelerate the SDG actions. It is hoped that these enterprises to become the pioneers and leaders in promoting sustainable development and creating a better future together.

What is a GoldenKey - SDG Forerunner Enterprise?

Golden Key - SDG Forerunner Enterprises are enterprises that have performed well in the comprehensive evaluation of the GoldenKey actions in the past three years. From the three dimensions of willingness to contribute to SDGs, action and influence, these enterprises keep going forward and staying ahead on the road to promote the realization of SDGs.

Being GoldenKey - SDG Forerunner Enterprise is not only an honor, but also a responsibility. They are expected to take the initiative to lead the contribution to the SDGs with further efforts but without fear of challenges, use the GoldenKey standards to crack the problems, contribute to the action plan, and actively play their roles of  demonstration, leadership and promotion to boost the sustainable development in China and the world.
