2015-04-09Sino-Swedish CSR Websiteadmin0010

Introduction

This report investigated the attitudes to life, expectations, career orientation, job security, conditions for career development, the management environment and social difficulties they are in and found that Providing non-financial support for young employees can build and improve soft power and the competitiveness of the company and facilitate sustainable development. Meanwhile, the report put forward recommendations for the management mode of the young workers born in 1980s.
The report was co-issued by China National Textile and Apparel Council and Center for Child-Rights and Corporate Social Responsibility in February 28, 2012.
