Reminder: Online Webinar on Nature Conservation

Enterprises are important players in biodiversity conservation and increasingly dependent on nature and ecosystems. The New Nature Economy Report released by the World Economic Forum (WEF) found that $44 trillion in the global economy is moderately or highly dependent on nature and ecosystems, which is equivalent to more than half of global GDP.

As we face global problems such as climate change, declining species and rising inequality, the economic system considering the values of people and nature is the solution to these world problems. The World Economic Forum estimates that nature-positive solutions will bring more than 395 million jobs by 2030, and business investment in nature-positive economies will likely bring both commercial and environmental benefits.

GoldenBee, together with the Capitals Coalition and the Business for Nature, will jointly hold an online forum themed "Incorporate Nature Conservation into Business Decisions" on July 21, 2022, enabling enterprises to seize the opportunities of nature-positive economy and embrace a nature-friendly society.
