Strategies and Practices: Cross-cultural Communication for Chinese Enterprises "Going Global"
GoldenBee Academy International Excellent Course
2019 marks the sixth anniversary of the inception of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) with more and more Chinese enterprises going global. Carrying out transnational businesses requires enterprises to build a harmonious and win-win relationship with the region where they operate. Strengthening communication with stakeholders is not only a necessity for enterprises fulfilling social responsibility, but also a precondition for their sustainable development.
However, Chinese-funded enterprises are often faced with cross-cultural challenges concerning unfamiliarity with local beliefs, customs and cultural environment, mutual inadaptability to the working style and management style, and conflicts with local governments and people in values.
"Cross-cultural Communication" can be an edge tool to remove the bottlenecks!
On December 6, 2019, guest lecturers of GoldenBee Academy, Mr. Martin Neureiter, Chair of ISO 26000 Stakeholders Global Network (ISO 26000 SGN), Founder and President of CSR Company International and Ms. Yibo Dai, Vice President of GoldenBee (Beijing) Management Consulting Co., Ltd. as well as representatives from well-known domestic enterprises will share the strategies and practices of Chinese-funded enterprises in cross-cultural communication, contributing to the future sustainable development overseas.
