In the 19th CPC National Congress, President Xi proposed that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved to be that between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’ ever-growing needs for a better life on October 18. The series of important concepts and discourses have redefined the development direction of social responsibility for enterprises.

The 19th CPC National Congress profoundly influences all aspects of China’s economy, politics and society. By learning and practicing the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, enterprise can regain the goal to pursue win-win situation in competition and push social progress through corporate development; it also requires enterprises proactively response to social concerns to assume and fulfill corresponding responsibilities.
 
In addition, the requirement of the 19th CPC National Congress gives new directions and new connotation of CSR, that is, to be new enterprises in a new era, to be pioneer enterprises to promote ecological progress and to be force enterprises in resolving livelihood issues.
