No.6 Three major CSR outcomes of ICT industry released
   
On September 15, T/CESA 16003-2017 The Evaluation Index System of Social Responsibility Governance in Information and Communication Technology Industry, Report on Social Responsibility Development of Information and Communication Technology Industry and SJ/T 16000-2016 Manual of Guidance on Social Responsibility of Information and Communication Technology Industry were released.
 
As a part of the SJ/T 16000-2016 framework, T/CESA 16003-2017 is an important method to standardize ICT enterprises “how to evaluate”. SJ/T 16000-2016 Manual is an operation manual and implementing tool for ICT enterprises to practice SJ/T 16000-2016 and fulfill CSR. Report on Social Responsibility Development of Information and Communication Technology Industry is a research report of industrial social responsibility development and the industrial social responsibility governance.
 
Reason for listing:
 
ICT industry is increasingly becoming one of the key forces for promoting China to be a manufacturing power and Internet power. The introduction of a series of social responsibility standards of ICT industry provides a more complete theoretical system and operable standard for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities, and drives enterprises to carry out sustainable business innovation to better understand the global social responsibility rules of ICT industry, and then effectively enhance the international competitiveness of the industry. This series of industry standards will also bring positive demonstration to the social responsibility development of other industries.
