＂2014 GoldenBee CSR China Honor Roll＂ released in Beijing

 

On June 4 and June 5, the Tenth International CSR Forum and the Award Ceremony of "2014 GoldenBee CSR China Honor Roll" was held in Beijing which attracted hundreds of people including government officials, company representatives, academic experts and media to participate in the forum.

The forum is hosted by China WTO Tribune in collaboration with GIZ, Council for Better Corporate Citizenship (CBCC), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Embassy of Sweden in Beijing, Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) –Foreign Trade Association (FTA) and econsense.

 

It is the eighth time for the announcement of "GoldenBee CSR China Honor Roll" in the forum. A total of 400 organizations participated in the campaign and submitted their evaluation questionnaires and responsible competitiveness practices to the GoldenBee CSR Expert Committee. 40 companies were well recognized by the Committee, among which 25 companies are the new comers winning various GoldenBee Award and the other 15 are the old "GoldenBee Enterprises".

"GoldenBee CSR China Honor Roll" was promoted in 2008 and up to now 197 companies in total has been recognized as "GoldenBee Enterprises". Since the influence of "Looking for GoldenBee Enterprises" Campaign has been expanding, and the coverage area is getting wider from 18 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) to 27. "GoldenBee Enterprise" has already become a synonym for a responsible enterprise. GoldenBee Enterprise is the active practitioner and great leader for the CSR development in China, contributing to the economic, environmental and social sustainability. The International CSR forum always pays much attention on the responsible practices bearing the concept of "responsible competitiveness", looks for and encourages their responsible activities. The mission of the forum is to advocate the cross-sector cooperation for a better common future.
