Challenges
College-graduate village officials are mainly undergraduate and graduates, and most of them are member of Communist Party of China and Excellent Cadre of Communist Youth League of China, etc. they adapt to the relatively backward environment in countryside and get close to the mass in serving rural areas. They are also working hard , master relevant policies and accumulate a large number of practical work experience, effective supporting rural economic development.
But there is a matching deviation between talent supply and market demand in China, which leads to a narrow employment choice after the college-graduate village officials finish their service in the rural area.it is hard to continue to play their experience and management ability accumulated from the service period.
