In order to make limited resources in "edge" to get the maximum effect, Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau made in-depth analysis and scientific classification of factors affecting outage time, and found that the reasons are the rebuilding construction, equipment maintenance, power limit, electronic power adjustment and so on, among which the rebuilding construction and equipment maintenance affect the power outage time most. According to customer's current outage situation, Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau comprehensively considered the implementation effect and cost, and took measures to improve the reliability of power supply from management and technology aspects. Technically, Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau vigorously promoted the distribution network automation construction and transformation. To the end of 2014, the distribution automation system has reached a panoramic display and comprehensive coverage for Zhongshan distribution network trunk lines and equipment. With the application of distribution network automation system, the cable fault isolation time is shortened from 56.3 minutes to 21.6 minutes, and the overhead line fault isolation time is shortened from 3.3 hours to 30.38 seconds. In management, Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau implemented reliable power supply lean management, and has strictly controlled the planned outage time of engineering construction and equipment maintenance. There was no duplication of power outages, temporary power outage, delay outage, and supply power over situation,and the outage plan execution rate of main distribution network reach 100%.At the same time, the Bureau implemented the integration of adjustment and control and remote operating monitoring, which effectively reduced the operation time, and improved the reliability of power supply.
