2015 is a significant year in the course of CSR development in China. By early September, 2015, 2036 CSR reports have been released in China, keeping a continuous rise. Meanwhile, the transformation and upgrading of CSR reporting have been further promoted by a number of government documents, such as Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road formulated and released by Chinese government in 2015, “Internet Plus” action plan brought up by Premier Keqiang LI in the government report delivered at the Third Session of the 12^th National People’s Congress and the Guidelines on Deepening Reform of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) released by the Central Leading Group for Deepening Overall Reform.
Today, the development of CSR reporting in China becomes even more promising and popular. How will enterprises promote social responsibility management with excellent CSR reporting? How to use the reporting to conduct effective social responsibility performance disclosure? How to upgrade and transform the reporting to serve the deepening reform of SOEs? How to conduct better promotions for CSR reports in the “Internet Plus” era? At the 8^th International Conference on CSR Reporting in China on December 3, 2015, China WTO Tribune will invite well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad, government agencies and enterprises representatives to contribute their ideas on these issues.
